Improved application of broodstock management and ovulation induction techniques in the artificial breeding of Penglai Stichopus japonicus

Abstract：The Penglai region is one of the main production areas for Stichopus japonicus on the Shandong Peninsula. In response to prominent issues in traditional seedling production in Penglai region， such as asynchronous broodstock development， significant stress-induced damage during induction， and poor production stability，this study proposes systematic improvement measures across four dimensions：standardized broodstock selection， precision nutrition supply，refined rearing environments，and regulated health management.Additionally，it explores technical strategies for multifactorial combined induction and the auxiliary application of biochemical inducers，aiming to provide technical reference for artificial seedling production and management of Stichopus japonicus in the region.
