Study on the healthy weedling cultivation technology of Apostichopus ja ponicus in Penglai Based on microecological preparations

Abstract:To meet the needs of healthy seedling cultivation of Apostichopus japonicus in the Penglai region,a microecology-based integrated technical system was developed. This system centers on compound microbial preparations, optimized through functional strain selection, formulation, processing,and quality control. By coordinating water quality management,feed enhancement, seedling colonization,and disease prevention,a unified“bacteria - water - feed - seedling”regulation model was established. The approach effectively stabilizes the microecological environment,promotes seedling health,and offers strong applicability and practical value.
