Abstract
Productand system certification serves asan effective pathway for food enterprises to demonstrate their high standardsand high-quaity development,and relevant lawsand policiesin China adoptan encouraging stance towardscertification.However,thecertificationservicemarketinChinaisstilldeveloping.Without asystematic understanding of certification services,enterprises may inadvertently expose themselves to compliance risks.Thisarticle summarizes key issues that food enterprises shallpay attention to in the certificationservice market,and discusses system certificationsuchas HACCPand ISO 22000,as wllas productcertificationsuchasorganiccertficationand greenfoodcertification.Moreover,itfurtherexplores theusagerequirements forcertification certificatesand logos,andanalyzes the cross-bordervalidity of certification.Finaly,thisarticleofferscompliancesuggestionsforfoodenterprises,advising themtoprecisely matchcerticationwithmarketdemands,diligentlyevaluatecertication,andutilizecerticationeffectively, whichaims to help enterprises avoid potential pitfalls and use certification to“scientifically crown”their products and services.
