Explorationof theblended teachingmode in thecourseof Introductionto BiotechnologyandExperiment

AbstractBased on the conventional experimental teaching status of the course Introduction to Biotechnology and Experiment,and targetingthe neds for improvementinthecuriculum system,teaching model,evaluationcriteria,and integrationofideologicalandpoliticaleducation,tisstudydiscusedtherestructuringoftheurrculumsystem,iovtion of teaching model,optimizationofevaluationmethods,andintegrationofideologicalandpoliticalelements.Itestablished anewonline-ofline blended experimental teaching systemand proposed targeted reform strategies.Inthereform practice, theresearch teamconstructedamodularonlinelearning platformand integrateddiversifiedresourcessuchasstandardized operatio videosand 3Ddynamic demonstrationanimations to form a complete online learning system.It developed a progressive ofline experimental teaching mode,adopteda teacher-student dual-subjectstrategyand diversified eaching methods,and strengthened students’dominant positionand inquiryability.A dynamic evaluationsystem covering the whole experimental process was set up,and a comprehensive assessment with 30% online and 70% offline components was adopted to achieve objectiveandcomprehensive evaluation.Ideologicalandpolitical elements were organically integrated with professional knowledge to enhance theeducational efect.Teaching practiceshowed that the reform was widely recognized bystudents,with 96.6%of them agreeingthatthe modelcontributes to knowledgeconstruction.Thecourse wassuccessively awardeduniversity-level first-classundergraduatecourse in2O23andprovincialandministerial-level first-class undergraduatecourse in2O24,which efectively improvedstudents’comprehensiveliteracy.This paper providesareference for the teaching reform of related experimental courses.
