AbstractTo investigate the effects ofcombined application of organicand inorganic fertilizers on maize yield and quality,maize variety Helian1589 wasusedasthe material,and5 treatments weresetup:CK (organic fertilizer 22.5kg/50m2 ), Y1(organic fertilizer 22.5 kg/50 m²+superphosphate 2.25 kg/50 m2+potassium chloride 0.95 kg/50 m2), Y2(organic fertilizer22.5kg/50m2+urea0.67kg/50m2+potassiumchloride0.95kg/50m2),Y3(rganicfertilizer 22.5 kg/50 m²+urea 0.67 kg/50 m²+superphosphate ),and Y4 (organic fertilizer 22.5 kg/50 m2 +urea (204号 0.67kg/50 m²+superphosphate 2.25kg/50 1 m2 +potassium chloride 0.95kg/50m2 ),theyield andyieldcompositionof each treatment,aswellastheontentof totalnitrogen,totalphosphorus,total potassum,soluble protein,ndsoluble sugar in grains were determined. The results showed that Y4 had a spike thickness of 8.87cm ,aspike length of 19.33cm ,a 100 grain weight of 38.47g. ,and a plot yield of 41.03kg ,which increased by 15.6% , 20.0% , 14.9% ,and
70.0% respectively compared to CK.The total nitrogen content,total phosphorus content,and crude protein content of Y4 grains were 2.47% , 0.57% ,and 12.39% respectively,which were significantly higher than those of CK;the diffrence in soluble sugar content between Y2 and Y4 wasnot significant.Reasonable aplication of organic and inorganic fertilizers can provide nutrients forthe growthand developmentof maize.This articleprovidesareference for scientific fertilization in maize production practice.
