Design and Application of an Integrated Project Management Software -A Case Study of Project Management in a Power Supply Bureau

Abstract：To address such prevalent issues as proces fragmentation，data silos and regulatory lag in complex project management，an integrated project management software design schemeis proposed，aiming to realize information integrationand inteligent management throughout the entire project life cycle.Basedon a microservice architecture，the scheme integrates amulti-rolecollboration mechanism，avisual monitoring interfaceandanintelligentearly-warning module，and supports functions including Gantt charts，burn-down charts，document recognitionand progress tracking，which can significantlyimprove the transparencyand efficiencyof project management.A mixed-method evaluation strategy incorporating questionnaire surveys，system operation log analysis，focus group interviews and controled testing isadopted to verifythe application efectof thesoftwarescheme inactual projectsof a power supply bureau.The resultsshow thatthe softwarecanefectively improve theeffciencyof cross-departmentalcollaboration，reduce the risk of project delays，and thus posssss favorable practicality and popularizationvalue.The research findings areof great significance for enhancing thescientificityand systematicness of project management，and also provide new ideas and methods for the development of project management software in the future.
