Research on the Classification Framework and Development Level of China's Intelligent Construction Industry

Abstract:As ahuman-machinecollaborativeconstruction method that integrates new-generation information technology withindustrializedconstruction techniques,inteligent construction can promote the formation of numerous new business models in theconstruction industry.However,China's existing industrial statistical clasification standards do not fullyapplytothe inteligentconstruction sector,resulting inunclearindustryboundaries and making itdificult forrelevantauthorities toaccurately assess the development trends of the sector.First,statistical clasificationmethods for emerging ndustriesare reviewed,and aquestionnaire surveyonthe curent state ofthe intellgent construction sectoris conducted.Second,basedonChina’s existing statistical clasification standards,aclasification framework forthe intelligent construction sector is proposed,which includes two major categories—intellgent transformation oftheconstruction industryand industrializationof inteligentconstruction technologies—comprising 13 mediumcategoriesand 56 subcategories in total.Finally,basedon thesurveyresultsregarding thedevelopment levelof the intelligentconstruction industry chain,corresponding development recommendations are put forward,aiming to provide support for industrial monitoring and policy formulation.
