Research on Development Process of Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing Project

Abstract:The development procedure constitutes the overarching blueprint for complex systems engineering and serves as the guiding document forR&D activities.Through analysis of complex systems enginering,the“Double V” modeland life-cyclecost,thisstudy highlights thecriticalroleof thedevelopment processincross-disciplinarycollborationand project management.Bycomparing two existing civil aircraft industry standards in China,the fundamental componentsand keyprinciples of civil aircraft development procedures are summarized.On the basisof inheriting work related to requirements development and requirements validation,the development procedure is streamlined to satisfy the practical need for shorter R&D cycles in China. This procedure divides the development process into three phases : feasibility study,designanddevelopmentandtrial-run.Requirementreviewisconsolidatedwithover-alldesignreview,preliminarydesign review is consolidated with critical design review.This phased structure emphasizes the importance of technical and economic feasibilityasessments,outlines verificationof product specifications through small batch productionand trial-run priorto massproduction.The analysisof thedevelopment process is intended to provide theoretical support and practical reference for related research.

的应用极大促进了电动垂直起降飞行器(ElectricVerticalTake-offandLanding,eVTOL)的发展[1]eVTOL被认为是未来解决城市空中出行需求的主电池、电机技术的进步和分布式电推进系统要交通工具,也被称为未来的“空中出租车”[2]据摩根士丹利预测,到2040年,城市空中交通行业总产值能够达到1万亿美元;到2050年,其总产值将达到9万亿美元[3]。(剩余6590字)
