Research on the Performance Impact Mechanism of Large-Scale Hydropower Engineering Projects in the Context of Clean Energy

Abstract: Large-scale hydropower engineering projects are characterized by a long construction cycle,large project scale,complex engineering technology,a large number of participants,and intricate performance-influencing factors. Existing research on the performanceof large-scale hydropower projects is mostly limited toa single stakeholderor a specific phase of project construction,lacking systematic exploration of their performance impact mechanisms.Therefore,inorder to identifies the performance-influencing factors of large-scalehydropower engineering projects through investigationand analysis,constructs aresearch model for the performance impact mechanismof such projects,systematically analyzes the interactionrelationships among organizationalcapabilities,individual competencies,project management processes,individual performance,and project performance,reveals the intrinsic performance impact mechanism of large-scale hydropower projects,and puts forward corresponding management recommendations.The research findings can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for theconstruction and management of subsequent large-scale hydropower projects.
