A Study on Optimal Models of Clean Heating for Villages in the Fenwei Plain Based on Case-Based Reasoning

Abstract:Correctlychosing the villagecleanheating model is of great significanceforthe sustainable developmentof ruralclean heating,but thepractical problem of misapplication of village clean heating models isquite prominent. Based othis issue,first,using grounded theorytoconstruct anoptimal indicatorsystemforvillage clean heating models and applies the Ordered Weighted Averaging(OWA)operator for weighting;second,the indicator system is used for casefeature representation,collecting 47 case featuredata to builda success case database of village clean heating renovations inthe Fenwei Plain,and proposes a two-stepoptimization model forvilage clean heating models based on case-based reasoning;finally,according to theoptimization model,,a standardchecklistfor villge clean heating models intheFenwei Plain is developed for eficient decision-making bypolicymakers.Anempiricalanalysis is conducted usingacleanheating renovation inavillgeof Xi'anas anexample toverifythescientificvalidityof thechecklist,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for related research.
