QIYuanfu's Experience in Differentiation and Treatment of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Based on the“Liver Xuanfu-Qi and Fluid-Nodules”

AbstractProfessor QI Yuanfu believes that the pathogenesis of triple-negative breast cancer（TNBC）is closelyrelated to“liver Xuanfu-qiand fluid-nodules".The fundamental causeof TNBCisliver deficiency andstagnation.The disharmonyofqiandfluid isthe central link inthe formation of TNBC，and the endogenous growth of nodules is the pathological outcome of the occurrenceand development of TNBC.By analyzing thekeypathogenesisof liverdeficiencyandstagnation，disharmonyofqiandfluid，and internal generation of nodulesin TNBC，aswell as theevolutionprocess of itspathogenesis from“deficiency and stagnation $$ qi depression $$ phlegm and blood stasis”，it is proposed to treat TNBC with the general principle of“opening the liver Xuanfu and eliminating the mass.Based on the severity of the patient’s deficiency and stagnation，qi depression，and phlegm and blood stasis，the Shiquan Yuzhen Decoction（十全育 真汤）can be selected to support the body’s healthyqi and open the liver Xuan，the Xiaoyao Loubei Powder（逍遥萎贝散）to relieve depresson and open the liver Xuan，the Chaishao Wendan Decoction（柴芍温 胆汤）to eliminate phlegm and open the liver Xuanfu，and the Chaihu Sanleng Decoction（柴胡三棱汤）to remove blood stasis and open the liver Xuan. Additionally，wind medicinalswiththe functionof ventilating liver and penetrating depression can be used to open the liver Xuanfu，and the medicinals withthe function of eliminating phlegm，removing blood stasis，and unblocking nodules can be supplemented to break through the nodules.One test case is attached.
