Exploration on Sanren Decoction（三仁汤）in Treatment of Keratotic Eczema Based on Unblocking and Harmonizing Sanjiao

AbstractBasedonthetheoryof Sanjiaoqi transformation，thisarticleexpounds theetiologyand pathogenesis of keratotic eczema.Itis believed that theetiologyand pathogenesis of the disease are due to theobstruction ofSanjiaoqitransformation：Firstly，the distributionand metabolismofbody fluidsareblocked，leading tomalnutritionandimpeded dispersion of the skin，resulting in dryand crackedskin;Secondly，the blood circulation is not smooth，and the blood stasis blocksthe meridians，leading tothe hyperplasia and thickening of local skin lesions.Thirdly，the skin’ssmooth flow isabnormal，the pathogen hasno wayout， andthus the condition recurs.Itisproposed to diagnose and treat keratotic eczema fromthe perspective of unblockingandharmonizing Sanjiao，andthe Sanren Decoction（三仁汤）isselected，of which the clinical effct is remarkable，providing certain ideas for the prevention and treatment of keratotic eczema.A caseof keratotic eczema on the hand isattached for vertification.

角化性湿疹属慢性湿疹范畴，是一种慢性炎性皮肤病，多发生于掌跖及关节伸侧，临床表现为皮肤角化过度、干燥脱屑、剧烈瘙痒等，皮疹日久，迁延难愈，严重影响患者身心健康[1]。（剩余6251字）
