AbstractSystematic sphygmology forpatern differentiation isa brand-new pulsesciencesystem that folows thefundamental principlesand lawsofsystems theory，integrates clinical experience，and hasuniqueinsights. It encompasses multiple disciplines and covers multiple levels.It focuses on the development and differentiation of fingersensory functions，the establishment of a“scenario memory system” for various pulse element sensations， and the diagnosis and examination of objective “evidence chains” during the disease process，demonstrating characteristicssuchassystematicness，scientificity，standardization，practicalityandeaseofoperation.However，the absence of operational specifications has hindered theclinical promotion and application'as well as further innovative development of thepulsediagnosis technique of systematic sphygmology forpatern differentiation.Thisarticle，based on existing research findings， related literature on systematic sphygmology for pattern differentiation，andexpertconsensus，standardizes thetechniques of systematic syndrome differentiation andpulsediagnosis from aspects such aspulse palpation，search and identification pulse information， analysis and generalization pulse information，aiming to promote the popularization and innovative development of the pulse diagnosis technique of systematic sphygmology for pattern differentiation.
