AbstractMiraculous Pivot ⋅⋅ The Channels puts forward the theory that“the diseases that this meridianisin chargeof treating”in describing the twelve meridians，which holdsthat diseases of the sixyin meridians areclosely related tothe dysfunction of the internal organs.Thearticle analyzesthe characteristic of“the diseases that this meridian isin charge of treating”of the six yin meridians，pointing out that the“the diseases”mainlymanifest asfunctional disordersof thecorrsponding internal organs.Itfurther elaborates onthe principle of acupuncture treatment that“treating the internal organs byselecting theircorrsponding shuacupoints”，emphasizing the coreposition of the five-shu acupointsin treating internal organ disorders.

Atthe same time，by integrating the medical records ofpast dynasties with modern clinical research，the specific plans and therapeutic efects ofusing the five-shu acupoints of the six yin meridians to treat diseases of the respiratory，digestive，cardiovascular， urogenital and other systems are systematically summarized，and the clinical value of this theory inguiding the diagnosis and treatment of meridian-zang-fu organ related diseases is verified.
