AbstractBasedon the theory of meridians in traditional Chinese medicine and theclinical practice of needle-knife，this article systematically expounds thetheoretical systemand diagnosisand treatment planof “paired needle-knife method”in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain（CNLBP）．Itis proposed that the core pathogenesis of CNLBP is deficiency of the Conception and Governor Meridians and animbalance betweenyinandyang，thekeyliesinthe deficiencyof Yangming Meridianandthe weakness oftendonsand muscles.Under thetheoretical guidance of thepaired acupuncture theory，the therapeutic principles of regulating the Governor and Conception Meridians，strengthening the Yangming Meridian，and unblocking meridiansare establishedto achieve the coordinated regulationof theabdomenand back and restoring the yin-yang balance.Integrated with modern anatomyand biomechanics，thestudy further elucidates themechanism by which this therapyrestoresspinal stabilitythrough modulating the functional balanceof core muscle groupsand fascial tension.A comprehensive diagnosis-treatment system from theory to practice isconstructed，offering a new perspective for the needle-knife treatment of CNLBP.One test caseisattached.
