从“宣可去壅”探析糖尿病前期的治疗

Exploration and Analysis of Treatment of Prediabetes Mellitus Based on“Dispersion Can Relieve Congestion"

Abstract“Dispersion canrelieve congestion”refers to the treatment of congestion bypromoting the circulation ofqithrough dispersing medicinals.Thistheory emphasizes promoting the circulation of qi，eliminating congestion，and restoring the normal body function.Themain cause of prediabetes melitus（PDM）lies in the obstruction of qi movement in the midlejiao and the accumulation of damp-heat.The treatmentrequires restoring theqi movementin the middle jiao，andpromoting the circulationofqi isa key strategy.Starting from the theory of“dispersion can relieve congestion”，this article clasifies PDM into three syndrome types based on the intermingled characteristics of qi congestion，heat congestion and dampness stagnation ：qi congestion combined with heat congestion，qi congestion combined with dampness congestion，and damp-heat combined with congestion.It proposes that the pungent and biter medincals should becombined on the basisof thecombination of propertyand flavor，combined with the therapeutic methodsof unblocking the fu organs，promoting diuresis，aromatherapyand guiding stagnation，theproportion of medicinals shouldbe adjustedaccording to the main contradiction to make congestion follow qi flow and congestion be eliminated toensure smothqiflow.In lightof therelativelyrigidstatus of PDM treatment，futureresearch should startfrom the idea of combining pungent and bitter medincalsandfurtherexplore the formulation techniques and medicinals selection of various schools in the Jin，Yuan，Ming and Qing Dynasties tooptimize the treatment plan.
