AbstractThe formation of blood stasis beginswith the deficiency of qiand blood due to consumptive disease，which leads tothelack of sourceandpoor circulationof qi andblood.Deficiencyand weakness， aswellas bloodstasisand dryness，generate dry blood.Subsequently，due to the steam and dampnessof pathogenic heat，it evolves into chronicinfectious disease，thus forming a transmissionand transformation path of“consumptive disease-dry blood-chronic infectious disease".Based on the dominant position of the pathological elementsof blood stasisin thegeneration，development and evolutionof primary myelofibrosis， this article explores the pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation and treatment of primary myelofibrosis.It holdsthattheonsetof the diseaseis basedoninternal deficiencyandfatigue，theformationof the disease isoftenduetotheinternalformationofdryblood，andthetransformationofthediseaseisduetointernal consumption，which leads to chronicinfectious disease.The treatment of this disease should take intoaccountbothstrengtheningthe body’sresistance andeliminatingpathogenic factors.In theearly stage of fibrosis，the basic treatment lies in strengthening the body and clearing the source.During the obvious fibrosis stage，the treatment should focus on gradual recovery and tonifying deficiency.When thedisease progresses and turns into leukemia，the key is to nourish yin and detoxify.One test caseisattached.
