Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentofthenewenergyvehicleindustry,thedemandforhighskiledpersonnelinthemaintenancepositionsofmotorsandcontrolsystemsascorecomponentsisbecomingincreasinglyurgent.ThispaperfocusesonthecolaborativeeducatioeensolsadtepsFistlytalstootatiofthiatioofsildalettoughol terprisecoperationandclarifiesitseyoleinesourceintegrationandtecombationfworkndengieeing.Secondlybasdon theactualrequrementsofthemaintenancepositionsfornenergyveiclemotorsandontrolsystem,weillsrtoutteproeson alknowledge,eaigabilitndiovatioabilitatghsiltaentsinisfeldmustpossessFinallfromethdie sionsofcoconstructionofteachingstaffimprovementofpracticaltrainingsystem,andcollaborationbetweenteachingandsearch curriculumscholenterprsecollborativeeducationpathasdonjobrequirementsisconstructed,imingtoultivateigqality maintenancetalents thatmetjobstandardsfortenewenergyvehicleinustryandpromotethedepintegrationofindustryandeducation.

在“双碳”目标推动下,新能源汽车产业被纳人我国战略性新兴产业,产业快速扩张带来了对产业链上下游岗位的强劲需求1,其中直接涉及车辆安全运行和性能发挥的电机及控制系统检修岗位属于工程教育与产业的重要结合点,将岗位需求与课程教学无缝对接可以有效发挥产教协同育人的优势。(剩余5564字)
