Reform and Exploration of Graduation Design for the New Energy Vehicle Technology Professional Cluster in Higher Vocational Colleges

Pan Faxing Wang Cuizhu Sichuan Vocational College of Information Technology,Guangyuan 6280oo,China Abstract:InresponsetotheissesinthegraduationdesignoftheNewEnergyVehicleTechnologyProfesionalClusternhigher vocationalcollges，suchasrandomtopicselectionontentdivorcedfromjobpositions,andlaxprocessmanagement,graduation designreformmodelbasedon“jobrequirements”isproposed.Throughthefour-stepimplementationpathof“jobselectionjobexploration—jobexpasionjbapplicatio”,“jobdesignintegration”topicelectionmechanismisonstructedTismodelinvolvesollaborativeguidanceandevaluationbydualmentorsfrombothschoolsandenterprises，strengtheningthealignmentbetwengraduation designandactalterprsetass.isodelcaeanestudentsjobdaptabilityracticalbilti,ndemployntoeiie ness，demonstrating strong potential for widespread adoption.
