Abstract:Currently,China'snewenergyvehicledevelopmenthasenteredanacceleratedphase,withthenumberofretiredpower bateriescontinuouslyrising.Cascadeutilizationhasbecomeakeypathwayforachievingeficientbateryresourcerecoveryandgreen low-carbondevelopment.Limitedbyfactorssuchasunevenperformanceofretiredbateriesandambiguousgradingstandards,cascade utilizationfacesumeroushallngesinsfetyconomics,andcompatibilityerefore,focusingonperformancegrading,thispaper constructsmulti-dimensionalidicatorsystemcoveringbasicelectricalperformanceanddnamicoperationalcharacteristicsandsubsequentlyestablishesacomprehensiveevaluationmodelbasedonweightedscoringtoachievescientificgradingandscenariomatching ofretiredbateries.Teresearchimstopromotestandardizedandsystematicdevelopmentofcascadeutliation,rovidingteortical support and methodological reference for industry practice.

1前言
当前,我国新能源汽车产业的快速发展,动力电池退役数量呈现爆发式增长,如何高效、安全、经济地开展退役电池梯次利用,已成为绿色低碳转型背景下亟须解决的重要课题,而梯次利用有助于延长电池全生命周期,缓解资源压力,还能推动储能、低速电动车等二次应用场景的发展[1]。(剩余3926字)
