Abstract:Thisstudyaddresss thechallengeofdieselenginecoldstartunderlowtemperatureconditionswithloading.Byconstructingahydraulicloadingdeviceandanenvironmentalchambertosimulatethelowtemperatureloadingandcoldstartconditionsof dieselengines,asystematic testwasconductedonthecoldstartcharacteristicsunderloadingconditionsranging from80to 210N⋅m and-35to 0qC .Theresearch results indicate thatunder the same loading force,as the temperaturedecreases,ubricatingoilviscosity increasesaisueotoaiteoatltdart tiplencreaseTestarttieofthdieseleginicreaseswithteincreasfladingforce,utfordieselegiesinspecificevion mentaltemperatures,thereislimitloadingfoce.Ifteloadingforceexcedstislmit,theenginewillfailtostartTisproidesa theoreticalbasisfortheselectionofdieselpowersystemsforconstructionmachinerywithhydraulicloadingstartincoldregions.
