Electric Air Conditioning System Design for Heavy-Duty Electric-Driven Special Vehicles

Abstract:Thispaperfocusesontheelectricairconditioningsystemofaheavy-dutyelectric-drivenspecial-purposevehicle,analyzingthesouresofcoldloadsinthecabandestablishingamathematicalcalculationmodel.Acost-efectivesolutionisproposed, which can not only operate stably under extreme conditions (low temperatures of ),but also improve energy utilization efficiency. Thesolutionisanairconditioningsystembasedonanindependentheatpumpairconditionerpairedwithafuelheater.Underlow-temperatureconditions,thissystemcanusethefuelheaterforidependentheatingorpreheattheairtoasisteheatpumpairconditioner injointheating.Tisapproachnotonlyovercomesthelimitationoftraditionalheatpumpaironditioners inmetingtheextremeoperationaldemandsofspecialvehiclesutalsoaddressestheisseofhighenergyconsumptioninthe“oingonlyairconditioner + fuel heater”solution,and considering development costs.
