Abstract:Thispaperaddresesthediicultyinauratelydeterminingthestructuralandfluidparametersofathird-generation fixed-decouplerdiapragmhdraulicmount,whichcompromisestheobustnesofid-to-low-frequencydynamicpredictions.Anite gratedfinite-element-teory-experimentframeworkisproposedforparameterdentificatioandrapidperformancepredictionSpecificall,themainubberspring’staticstiffesandteeuivalentpistoareaareobtaedfromanbaqusfiniteelementmodelUnder alaminar-flowassumption,theinertiatrack'sinertanceandhydraulcdampingcoeficietarecalculatedusingfluid-mechanicstheory Based on MTS831 dynamic tests( 1~100Hz , 1mm amplitude),the upper-chamber volumetric stiffness is back-calculated from the fixedpointoftagstfsseitidpameetisticopoatedintomplex-stisoeltosilatete mount dynamics over 0~100Hz andto validate the results against experiments.The study shows the Key parameters,including a mainspring dynamic stiffness of 301N/mm ,are identified,and the predicted peak frequencies and amplitude trends show good agreement withthemeasureddata.Theproposedmethodprovidesannginering-orientedbasisforparametermatchingandperformanceoptimization of hydraulic mounts.
