Abstract:During theoperationof theelectricdrivesystemofnewenergyvehicles,problems suchasabnormaltemperaturerise, signaldistortionadcmponntfurearepronetooccurndtisurgenttoimprovetheleveloffultdagosisndalyaigis papertakestheelectricdrivesystemasthereseachobject,constructsaninteligentdagnosisandearlywaingmethodbasedonmultisourcedatafusioandeuraletworkalgoriths,extractskeytime-frequncyfeatursandtraisteconvolutioaleuraletwokod eltoachievefaultidentificationFaultsimulationanddataacqustionexperimentswerecarrdoutinombationwithteelectricdrive testplatformerifingteadvantagesofthemethodintemsofauracyandreal-tieperformance.Theresearchresultscanprovide technicalsupportforthemonitoringoftheoperationstatusofteelectricdrivesystem,faultpredictioandteformulationofmainte nance strategies.

新能源汽车作为绿色交通的重要载体,其核心部件电驱动系统运行工况复杂,易受到电气干扰、机械磨损、热管理不良等因素影响,导致系统性能下降或突发故障,严重时将影响整车安全,当前常用的故障诊断方法存在依赖专家经验、实时性不足、适应性差等问题,难以满足智能化监测需求。(剩余5319字)
