Abstract:Basedoncomputergraphics,human-computer interaction,andsnsingtechnology,virtualsimulation technologyis usedtoreatereaisticandreliable3Dsimulationscenes,lowingstdents toengageincomplexsystemlearingandoperationtraining inanimmersiveproces,whichcanbreakthetraditioaltresoldofpracticalteaching.Thispaperakesthcourseof“Mainteanceof NewEnergyVehicleBateriesandManagementSystems”asanexampletoexplorethesignificanceandteachingvalueofaplyingvirtualsimulationtechnologytotheteachingofnewenergyvehicletechnologycourses.Throughteachingcases,theadvantagesofapplying virtualsimulationtechnologytotypicaltaskssuchasdisassemblyandassemblyofpowerlitumateriesarediscused.Atthesame time,theproblemsandsolutionsintheaplicationprocessareanalyzd.Theteachingeffectanalysisshowstatvirtualsimulationtec nologycanimproveteachingqalityandincreasestudentpartiipation,andhsabroadaplicationprospectithefieldofewenergy vehicle technology.
