Abstract:Thisechologestablshesacomprehensivesystemintegratingsensornetworks,lgorithmicmodels,anddataproesingarchitecturesforutomotivemechanicalfultdagosisPower,transmisionhasisndakingsstemsfreqentlyevelopder sifiedfault paternsduetocomponentwearandperformancedegradation.Byemployingmachinelearminganddeeplearningalgorithms,thesystemextractsulti-souesigalfeatures(rationtemperatureetal.)ndonstructsdagnosticmodelsthoughdata fusion.SupportVectorMachinesenableprecisefultasification,whileConvolutionalNeuralNetworksfacilitatevisualfaultidentif cation.Multimodalanalysissignficantlyancesdiagnosticaccuracy,substantiallimprovingutomotivefultdagnosiseny and reliability to drive intelligent transformation in vehicle maintenance.
