Abstract:Thispapersystematicallnalyzesthelatestechologicalbreakthroughs,aplicationscenariocharacteristics,localiza tionstatus,andfuturedevelopmenttrendsofMCUinnewenergyvehicles.Researchasshowthatdrivenbytechnologiessuchaste 800Vhigh-voltage platformand inteligentdriving,automotivegradeMCUsareaccelerating their evolution towards 16/18nm advanced processes,RIC-Vopen-sourcearchitecture,nddomaincontrolintegrationDomesticMCUsavebeenwidelyusedinfieldssuchas baterymanagementandvehiclecontrol,buttheirarketshareinigendmarketssuchaspowerdomaincontrolisstillelow 10% Withpolicysupprtandtchnologicalmaturity,temarketsizeofCna'sutomotivegadeMUillexceed5billonuanby025, with new energy vehicles contributing about 60% ofdemand,and the domestic substitution rate is expected to increase to over 22% 元 Thisstudyprovidesimportantreferenceforgraspingthedevelopmenttrendof theautomotivesemiconductorindustryandpromotingthe independent and controllable supply chain.
