Abstract:Thestabilityoftheelectroniccontrolsystemofnewenergyvehiclesisdirectlyrelatedtothesafetyperformanceof the batery.Anyabnormaliessuchasvoltageimbalance,curentfluctuation,ndthermalmanagementdisordercantriggersfetyrisks suchasthermalrunawayovercharging,andoverdischargingherefore,apreciseandfastelectroniccontrolfaultdiagnosisandhandlingsystemshouldbeconstructed.Thecomplexcouplingcharacteristicsoftheelectroniccontrolsystemmakediferenttypesoffaults presentcharacteristicssuchasult-sourcerggeringandchainevolutionequirigreal-tiediagnosticstrategies.Tereforthepaperexplores thefaultdiagnosisandhandlingstrategies forelectriccontrolsystemsofnewenergyvehiclesaimedatbaterysafety.

1前言
在多源负载扰动环境下,电压异常、电流偏差等故障呈现高频化特征,对电池单体一致性、循环寿命造成一定影响,围绕故障行为的可观测性、状态参数的可量化性,系统化构建诊断指标体系成为提升电控系统安全裕度的关键,应实施精细化参数监测,识别异常模式,校准阈值策略,实现对潜在失效机理的提前判定与干预,从而强化动力电池的安全防护能力。(剩余5483字)
