Abstract：ObjectiveToevaluatethereportingqualityofrandomizedcontrolledtrialsofhrbalfumigationfordryeyebasedonthe CONSORTstatementand CONSORTCHM-Formulas 2O17，tounderstandthecurrntstatusofRCTsofherbalfumigationfordryeye， andto provideareferenceforfutureexperimentaldesignofherbalfumigationfordryeye.MethodsAsystematicsearch wasconducted forRCTsofChinese herbalfumigationfordryeye withintheChineseperiodical database（CNKI），WanFang database（WanFang）， Chinesescientificandtechnicaljournaldatabase（VIP），andChina BiomedicalLiteratureDatabase（SinoMed），withatimeframeof January2011toApril2024，andtheCONSORTstatementandCONSORTCHM-Formulas 2017toevaluate thequalityoftheincludedRCTliterature，respectivelyResultsAtotalof6Oldocumentsweresearchedand7documentswerefinallincludedacding to thenerf criteria，andtheevaluationresultsbasedontheCONSORTstatementandCONSORTCHM-Formulas 2O17showedthat the entrieswithhighreportingrateswerestudyobjectivesandhypotheses，detailsoftheinterventions，detailsoftereportingofach herbalcompound，andexplanationsof theoriesof traditionalChinese medicine，andtheentrieswithlowreportingateserandomizedsigmentssequence，blinding，samplesizeestiation，trialregstration，andidentifcationofkeywordsCoclusionAtpres ent，theoverallqualityofreportingofCTsofherbalfumigationfordryeyeislow，anditisecommendedthatwhenresearcersconductrelevantRCTstudiesinthefuture，theyshouldstrictlyfollowtheCONSORTstatementandCONSORTCHM-Formulas2017to standardizethereportingoftheRCTliteratureonthetreatmentofdryeyebyherbalfumigationtoimprovethequalityofthelierature，

so as toenableitto better serve the clinic.
