Abstract：Crohn'sdiseaseisachronicinflammatory boweldiseaseof unknowncause，withanincreasingincidenceinrecent years.Itcommonlyaffectsyoungadults，andcurrent treatents inmodernWestermedicieoftenyieldunsatisfactoryesultsadcay sideeffects.Thisarticlesugeststhatalthough Crohn'sdiseasemanifestsintheintesties，tecorepathologicalorganisthspleen. SpleendeficiencyisidentifedasthekeypathomechanismofCrohn'sdisease.Intheearlystage，spleendeficiencyleadstoimpired transportationandtransformationresultingininstabilityofdefensieqi；inthemdlestage，spleendficiencycombineswithdamp heat，causingdisarmonybetweentheutritiveanddefensiveqi；ntelatestage，spleendeficiencyrsultsinqistagnationandtheinterlockingofphlegmandblodstasis.Treatmentstrategiesvarybystage：Earlystage：Strengthenthespleenandstomach，bostqi， andstabilizetheexterior.Recommendedformula：ShenlingBaishuPowdercombinedwithYupingfengPowder，modifedasneeded. Middle stage：Clearheat，drydampness，andharmonizethenutritiveanddefensiveqi.Recommended formula Baitouweng Decoction combinedwith Huangi Guizhi WuouDecoctioninmodicationsLatestage：Tonifyqiandthespleen，promotebloodcirculation，and resolveplegmRecomendedfoula;DhuangMudanDecoctionadjustedacordinglyAclinicalcaseisalsopresentedtosprt thefeasibitndeficacyoftreatingCron'sdiseasebydiferenatingbasedonsplenpates.Flexiblerbalprescriptionsacoding todiseaseprogesioncanelpestoreteslenandstomach'stansfoativefunctions，feinganewapproachandstrateforcliical treatment.

克罗恩病（crohnsdisease，CD）是一种病因不明发生在胃肠道的非特异性自身免疫系统疾病，属消化道慢性炎症疾病范畴，主要以腹痛、腹泻、体重下降、疲劳、发热，生长缓慢等为主要症状，甚者可能出现腹部包块、瘘管形成、肛门直肠周围病变等，起病隐匿，病程迁久不愈，且易复发，CD病理机制尚不明确，目前认为多因先天遗传，免疫因素，环境因素，肠道菌群因素，心理因素等相互作用有关[。（剩余8149字）
