Abstract：ObjectiveTosystematicallystudythe extraction process，moldingprocessandqualitystandardsofZang medicine Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim.granules.Methods Thepasteyieldndchlorogenicacidcontentwereusedasindexes，Theextraction process（decoctiontimes，time，wateradition）wasoptimizedbysinglefactorandorthogonalexperiments.Theoptimal granulation conditions weredeterminedbythescreeningof excipients（starch，dextrin，sucrose，lactose）andthedeterminationofformingrate， angleofreposeandmoistureabsorption.Thinlayerchromatography（TC）identificationandhigh-performanceliquidchromatography （HPLC）contentdeterminationmethodswereestablishedResults Theoptimal extraction procsswasdecoctiontwice，ading16tmes of water for 3O minutes each time，and the chlorogenic acid content was 7.43mg⋅g-1 . The molding process selects dextrin： sucrose ≡ （204号 3：1 as the excipient，the drug to - auxiliary ratio is 1：2，the density of the clear paste is 1.15，and the molding rate is 92.48 % ； The TLC spots were clear，and the average content of chlorogenic acid measured by HPLC was 12.13mg⋅g-1 ，and the RSD was 1，23% .Conclusion Theprocessof thegranulesproducedisstableandthequalityiscontrollble，whichprovidesabasisforthe modernapplication of Zang medicine.
