Abstract:Theoccurrnceofvariouscardiovasculardiseasesisbasedonvascularendothelialinjuryanddysfunction,andthe integrityofthestructueadfunctionofvascularendothelalcelsisucialfortepreventioofardiovasulardseas.Aragaluspolysaccharides(APS)isoneoftemainbioactivecompoentsofAstragalus.APScaniibitedothelialcellapoptosis,promoteedo thelialcellprolferationandangiogenesisAScanprotctagastvascularndotelialoxidativedamage.APSreducestheactivation of inflammation-elatedgenesandtheinflammatoryadhesionofvascularendothelialcels.APSregulatesvasomotorfactorpotection vascularendothelialinjurymaintainnoralphysiologicalfunctionofvasularendothelum.Thisarticlereviewstheprotectivehnismof APSonvascularendothelialinjury,inordertoprovidenewideasandbasisforthepreventionandtreatmentofcardiovascular disease.
