Determinationof the Three Componentsof the Xingnao Zhitan Capsules

Abstract：ObjectiveTodevelopanHPLCmethodfordeterminationofgastrodin，amygdalinandpaeoniflorinintheXingnao Zhitan capsules.Methods The HPLC was used on acolumn of Agilent Poroshell 120EC-C18 （ 4.6mm×150mm ， 4μm ）with gradient elution of acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1 .0mL⋅min-1 . The detection wavelength was set as 22O nm. The temperature was 25qC ，the injection was 10μL Result The responses of three constituents were linear in the range of gastrodin， amygdalin， paeoniflorin 10.28-102.8μg⋅mL-1 ， 19.08-190.8μg⋅mL-1 ， 29.76-297.6μg⋅mL-1 respectively. The RSD of precision，stability，and repeatability were all less than 2% . The average recoveries of three components were 1Oo.1%， 100.7% ， 99.8% ，RSDwere 0.6% ， 0.6% ， 0.2% （ n=6 ）.Conclusion The established quantitative analysis method is stable and reliable， simple，good repetitive，and can be used for the quality control of Xingnao Zhitan capsules.
