Abstract：Post-strokeconstipation （PSC）ranks among the most prevalent complications folowing cerebrovascular accidents. Conventional interventionssuchaslaxatives，glycerinenemas，andcolon hydrotherapypredominantlyofersymptomaticrelief butfail toadresstheunderlyingpathophysiologyAccumulatingevidenceconfirmstheclinicaleficacyofmoxibustiontherapyinmanaging PSC，particularlyfordeficiencysyndromepaters.RecentyearshavewitnesedgrowingsholarlatentiontomoxibustionbasedinterventionsforPSC，withemergingstudieselucidatingitsbiologicalmechanismsandterapeuticactions.Thispapersystematcalye viewsclinicalaplicationsofmoxibustioninPSCmanagementoverthepastdecade，summaresresearchadvancementsacrossdiverse moxibustiontechiques，andanalyzesitsmechanismofactionandacupointselectionpaters.Furthermore，weproposeevidenceinformedstrategies tooptimizetherapeuticprotocols，aimingtostablishastandardizedframeworkformoxibustionapplicationinPSC rehabilitation.
