Abstract：Mildcognitiveimpairmentafterstrokeisacommoncomplicationofcerebrovasculardisease，anditspathogenesisis relativelycomplex.AcordingtoraditionalChinesemedicietheory，mildcognitiveimpairmentafterstrokebelongs tothesydrome ofdeficiencyftefoundtionadecessofthesubstae，witinsuficientidneyyangasthefoundationndbstructionofthebrain bybloodstasisandphlegm turbidityastheexcessofsubstance.Theunique methodoftreatingmildcognitiveimpairmentafterstroke basedontheholisticconceptoftraditionalChinesemedicineandtheprincipleofsyndromediferentiationandtreatmentiscalledunblockingtheDuMeridian，tonifying thekidney，opening theorificesandregulatingthespirit.Inclinicalpractice，acupunctureombinedwithmoxibustionundertheguidanceofthismethodcanachievesignificanttherapeuticefectsintreatingmildcognitivepaimentafterstroke.Thisarticleisacompaniedbyamedicalcaseforreaders，aiming toprovidereferenceforelatedresearchandclinical practice.
