Observation on the Therapeutic Efect of Acupuncture Combined with Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow Point Selection Method in Treating 35 Cases of Cervical Vertigo

Abstract：ObjectiveToobservetheeffcacyof the Midnight-MiddayEbb-Flow（ZiWuLiuZhu）acupointselectionmethod combinedwithacupunctureintreating35asesofcericognicvetigoMethodsAotalof7Opatientswithcervicogenicvetigere selectedandrandomlydividedintoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroup（35caseseach）basedontheorderof treatment．The controlgroupreceivedconventionalacupuncturetherapy，whiletheobservationgroupwastreatedwiththeMidnight-MiddayEbb一 Flowacupointselectionmethodcombinedwithacupuncture.Thehemodynamicparametersofthevertebrobasilarartery（VBA），the ESCV scale scores，andthetotal fectiverate werecomparedbetweenthetwo groups.ResultsAftertreatment，both groupsshowed improvements inVBAhemodynamicparametersandESCVscalescores，withtheobservationgroupdemonstratingsignificantlygreater improvement than the control group （ P<0.05 ）.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion The combination of the Midnight-Midday Ebb-Flow acupoint selection methodand acupuncture is effective in treating cervicogenic vertigo，with superior outcomes compared to conventional acupuncture alone.
