TheResearchon theMedicationPatternsforMenstrual Disordersin Ye's Gynecology Diagnosis and Treatment Based on Data Mining

Abstract：ObjectiveBasedondataminingmethods，thisstudyaimstoexplorethepatersofprescriptionandmedicationinthe treatmentfmenstrualdisordersinYe'sGynecologyDiagnosisTreatment，summaringacademicexperiencestoprovidereferencefor clinicaltreatment.Methods Relevantprescriptionsfromthe“RegulatingMenstruation”chapterofYe'sGnecologyDiagnosisTreatment werecolectedandorganized.Adatabasewascreatedusing MicrosoftExcel2O19，anddrugstatisics，high-frequencydrugnetwork analysis，associationruleanalysis，andclusteranalysis were performedusing Excel，SPSS Modeler18.O，andSPSSStatistics27.0 toderivepattesofdrugcombinations.ResultsAmongthel57prescriptionsforregulatingmenstruation，atotalof179Chinesemedicinalherbs were involved.The high-frequency herbs（frequency≥10times）included14herbs，suchasAngelicasinensis（Dang Gui），chuanxiong（Chuan Xiong），andPaeonia（BaiShao）．Thepropertiesoftheherbs were mainlywarmorcold，withmost herbsbeing pungent，biter，orsweeinflavor，andmainlyafectingthesplenandliver meridians.Thetypesof herbsincluded bloodtonics，blood-activatingandblood-stasis-removingherbs，andheat-clearingherbs.Thedrug networkanalysis identified8 coredrug pairs，such as Chuan Xiong andDangGui.Theasociationruleanalysis revealed55commonlyuseddrugcombinations， andtheclusteranalysisresultedinfourtypesofprescriptions.ConcusionInYe'sGyecologyDiagnosisTreatment，YeTanSispproachtotreatingmenstrualdisordersemphasizessothingtheliver，strengtheningthespleen，tonifingthedeficiency，andnourising qi and blood.He isadept at harmonizing the opposing properties and flavors of herbsto balance Yin and Yan;
