Abstract：This paper exploresanacupuncture protocolforthe treatmentofstomachachedue tosplee-stomachdeficiency-cold byapplyingtheRenying-Qikoupulsediagnosis toguideacupunctureat theFive-Shu Points.TheRenying-Qikoupulsemethodis themostfrequentlydocumentedpulsetechqueinHuangdiNejing.Iainlyjudgesthcesoeficiencyofqiloodddiansinthehumanbodybycomparing thepulsestrengthof theRenyingpulseandtheQikoupulse.CorrespondingFive-ShuPointsare selectedforacupuncture，sothat theRenying pulseandQikoupulseeventuallybecomebalanced.Bycomparing thepulsestrengthsof RenyingandQikou，thediseasedmeridians inpatientswithstomachacheof spleen-stomachdeficiency-coldtypecanbeidentified， andthe herapeutic principlescanbeclarified.Fouracupointsareselectedforacupuncture inaccordance withtheMother-SonReinforcing-Reducingmethod.Tismethodfeaturessimpleclinicaloperationandauratesydromediferentiation.Itcaneectivelye lieve stomachache symptoms and improve clinical efficacy.
