Study on the Application Effect of Targeted Psychological Nursing Mode in Patients with Early Threatened Abortion During Treatment

Abstract： Objective To observe the application effect of targeted psychological nursing mode in the treatment of patients with early threatened abortion. Methods From February 2022 to February 2024， 60 patients with early threatened abortion diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects. Using random number table method， the patients were equally divided into control group and observation group， each consisting of 30 patients. The control group received routine nursing， and the observation group received routine nursing+targeted psychological nursing. The success rate， psychological state， nursing satisfaction， disease coping style and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group， patients had higher the success rate of fetal protection and the nursing satisfaction （P<0.05）. Both groups showed significantly lower the scores of anxiety， depression and escape fantasy dimension， as well as significantly higher the scores of self-cognition reorganization， seeking social support dimension and quality of life nursing after nursing; furthermore， compared with control group， the observation group exhibited significantly better indexes （P<0.05）. Conclusion During the treatment of patients with early threatened abortion， targeted psychological nursing mode can promote patients' good mentality， improve the success rate of miscarriage prevention and nursing satisfaction， improve their coping style to the disease， and further promote the good quality of life of pregnancy.
