Abstract: This study aims to optimize the sealing structure of the internal combustion engine cylinder head and solve the leakage problem. Taking a leakage fault of the internal combustion engine cylinder sealing structure as a research case, the causes of the leakage problem are analyzed through a multi-dimensional simulation method, including asymmetric lift distribution, uneven contact pressure at the sealing interface, and bolt axial force attenuation. Based on the above causes, a targeted optimization scheme is proposed, and a satisfactory optimization effect is achieved, effectively solving the leakage problem of the cylinder head sealing structure.
