Exploration and Practice of the "Three-Stage and Four-Dimension" Mode of Scientific Research Feeding Back Teaching in Vehicle Engineering Major

Abstract: Facing the transformation of the rail transit industry, this paper constructs a "three-tier, four-dimensional" research-backed teaching paradigm based on the concept of industry-education integration: vertically, it progressively transforms research resources through three tiers; horizontally, it integrates curriculum and faculty through a four-dimensional closed loop. This model breaks down the barriers between teaching and research, enhances students' innovation ability and professional competence, achieves notable results in program construction, and provides an operable solution for the development of emerging engineering education.
