摘要

聚焦新能源汽车核心部件 E-Drive 生产中的质量波动难题,如质量变化点管理效率低、响应滞后等管理问题。构建“人-机-料-法-环-测”全要素管理因子变化图谱,结合物联网与大数据技术实现实时监控与预测性干预,实现变化点管理精细化流程、系统管理风险、防止批次质量问题。

Research and Application Practice of Information-Based Quality Change Point Management for Electric Drive Systems (E-Drive)

Abstract: Focusing on the quality fluctuation problems in the production of E-Drive, a core component of new energy vehicles, as well as management issues such as low efficiency and delayed response in quality change point management, this paper constructs a change map of full-factor management factors covering "Man-Machine-Material-Method-Environment-Measurement". Combined with the Internet of Things and big data technologies, real-time monitoring and predictive intervention are realized, which refines the change point management process, systematically manages risks, and prevents batch quality problems.

新能源电驱系统(E-Drive)向高功率密度、高可靠性发展,E-Drive存在质量痛点如永磁体性能波动、多品种混线生产,人工记录易错、跨部门协同低效、数据分析滞后,结合制造业转型升级对质量管理敏捷性的需求,工艺变更、物料替换、设备异常等引发质量波动的关键节点,使得变化点发生时,妥善管理制造因素(条件),能够锁定原因(记录的保留)即使异常产品流出,也可以轻松地锁定范围(对象批次)查明原因。(剩余4594字)
