Abstract： Withthedepntegrationoftchologiessuchasartificialinteligence （A），theIteretofings （oT）ndbigdata，universitysmartlibariesaetransitioningfromtradiional"bookrepositories"to"ntegratedknowledgeservicehubs".Inis transformation，balancingreaderdemandswithlibraryresourcemanagementthroughtechnologicalapproacheshasbecomeacoe isue forsustainable development.This paper examines technologicalapplicationscenarios insmartlibrariesand explores howinteligent servicesoptimizeresourcealocation，enhanceuser experience，andultimatelyachieveefficientsynergybetweenuser needs and library operations.
