Abstract; Asanewformofideologicalandpoliticaleducationinthedigital era，smartideologicalandpoliticaleducationempowerstheround-th-clockdevelopmentofuiversity-levelideologicalandpoliticaleducationthroughplatformconstruction;fosterssharddevelopmentbyintegratingresoures；anddrivescollborative progressbyharessngcollctiveeducatioal eforts， therebyreatingasmartvisionforthepracticalimplementationofuniversityideologicalandpoliticalork.However，italsofaces practicalchallengessuchasigidtinkngpates，techologicalonstraints，ndinsufientsfeguards.Effortssouldfocuon guiding smartieologicalandpoliticaleducation withmainstreamideologytoensurecorrct valueorientation;optimizingtheapabilities ofkeyactorstonhancethecomprehensivequalitiesofbotheducatorsandstudents;leveragingtechnologicalinovation platformstoachieve intellgenttransformation inideologicalandpoliticaleducation;andimprovinginstitutionalmechanisms to mitigate potentialrisksofdigitaltechnologyThesemeasureswillpromotethecoordinateddevelopmentofsmartideologicaland polticalducationinuiverss，fteradvancgteoseadbeealdigitaltranforationofidelogicaladoicald ucation.
