Exploration of Independent Professional Title Evaluation Reform in Local Universities Under the Context of Breaking the "Five Only"

Abstract:The"FiveOnly"policyinTeachers’profesionaltitleevaluationofcollgesanduniversitieshinderedthegrowthof talents,dampeedteirtusiasmforokandoverempsizedsetificrearchontributions,tusmsleadingtheevaation standardsandignoringthepotentialofteachers.Thphenomenonof"FiveOnlyledtovariousdrawbacksinprofessionaltitleevaluation,inatmuchorempsisasenldoietificeahanitsofpubsdticlesndlelsoftitlesecathr thanteachingachievements,thequalityofarticlesandtherealcontrbutionstodisciplineconstruction.Theindependentevalation of professional itlesshouldbebasedonbothitegrityndprofessonalcompetencewhilegivinggreaterprioritytotheforer,implementingbothcasifedandmultipleevauationsystemsndiovatingteevaluationitems,ontentsndprocssIndii, this workcanbecariedouttroughnetworktoimprovetheefienyandthesupervisionsystemtogetherwithcoresponding measuresshouldbereinforcedat thesame time.Throughthesereforming methods,theproblemscausedbythe"Five Only"can be eliminatedandaneffectiveprofessional tleevauatonsystemcenteedonmoralabilityadperformance willbestablsed.
