Abstract：Sincethenewera，thegreatcauseofsocialismwith Chinesecharacteristics hasachievedremarkableaccomplishmentsthathavedrawnworldwideattention.Efectivelyconveyingthegreattransformationsoftheneweraservesas thefoundation andkeytointegratingthespiritofthe2OthNationalCongressoftheCommunistPartyofChinaintothecourseofModeChinese History Outline.Thecrux lies indeeply graspingthe educational value embedded withinthesetransformations，applying the stance， perspectives，and methodsofhstoricalmaterialismtoclearlyandthoroughlyexplainquestionssuchas whatkindofgreat rasfor mationtheneweraaims toachieve，howtorealizeit，andforwhosebenefititispursued.Onthisbasis，teachersshoulddeveloptargetedinstructionaldesigns，ensuring genuineleaing，understanding，and delivery，comprehensively grasping keyteachngpoints anddiffculties，maintaininga problem-conscious approach troughouttheteaching process，and innovating discourse epresion andnarative methods.Theseefortsfurtherelucidatethe principlesofeffectivelyconveyingthegreat transformationsofthe new era， providing inspiration for teaching the Outline of Modern Chinese History.
