Abstract：Withtheadjustmentofeconomicstructureandtheaccelerationofindustrialupgrading，thedemandforappliedtalentsisbecomingicreasinglyurgent，andteintegrationofindustryandeduationisaneffectiveaytoimprovetheqalityoftalentcultivation.Attesetiefacingteimpactofiversifedideologicaltends，deologicalandpoliticaleucationeu riculum has become animportant guaranteeforcultivatingtalents withboth moralintegrityandtalent.This paperanalyzes hecurrent problems inthecultivationof information managementand informationsystemsprofesionals，constructs acompetencymodel for them，and explores thecollaborative educationpath of"ideologyand political education in curriculum + industry-education integration"basedoncompetencymodels，imingtoprovideusefulreferencesforthereformofinformationmanagementandformation systems professional education in universities.
