Abstract:Withtheadjustmentofeconomicstructureandtheaccelerationofindustrialupgrading,thedemandforappliedtalentsisbecomingicreasinglyurgent,andteintegrationofindustryandeduationisaneffectiveaytoimprovetheqalityoftalentcultivation.Attesetiefacingteimpactofiversifedideologicaltends,deologicalandpoliticaleucationeu riculum has become animportant guaranteeforcultivatingtalents withboth moralintegrityandtalent.This paperanalyzes hecurrent problems inthecultivationof information managementand informationsystemsprofesionals,constructs acompetencymodel for them,and explores thecollaborative educationpath of"ideologyand political education in curriculum + industry-education integration"basedoncompetencymodels,imingtoprovideusefulreferencesforthereformofinformationmanagementandformation systems professional education in universities.
