Abstract:AsthedynamismofthemarketenvironmentisicreasingdaybydayenterprisesneedtorespondquicklytoemarketFlexiblehumanresourcemaagementhas teabilitytoflexibleresponseanddaptation,andcangainacompeitiveadvantage inadynamicandfierce environment.Basedonasurveyof287employes,empiricalresearch has found thatflexiblehumanresource management has positive influences onstructuralempowerment.And structuralempowermentand psychologicalempowerment have a chain mediated effect between flexible human resource management and employee creativity.
