Abstract：Ideological andpolitical educationinuniversities must evolve with the times and adapttochanging circumstances by enhancing theapplicationofnewtechnologiesandmethodstobeterfulfllthfundamental taskoffosteringvirtuethrougheducation.Intheinformationage，thfrequencyofmeme usagecontinues torise，andtheiruserbase keps expanding，drawing ncreasingattentiontoteireducatioalfunctionsinidelogicalandplialeducation.Basedotethkycharacteristicsofeexpresingideas trough images，conveyingemotionsviavisuals，andencapsulatingmeaninginimages，thisstudyhighlightsthe uniquesignificanceofapplyingemojisinuniversityideologicalandpoliticaleducation.Byexploring feasiblepathways fortheeffective integration of ideological and political educationwith emojis from perspectives suchas value guidance，supervisionand management，talentuivation，ndcontentotimzation，itontrbutestldinganewcoaborativeducationframewokr motingthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofideologicalandpoliticaleducationundernewcircumstances，andcultivatingaewgenerationcapableofsoulderingthegreatresponsibilityofnationalrejuvenation，allofwhichholdsignificantpractical implications.
