Abstract:Tocultivate professonals withasystemic perspectiveandamacro-engineeingoutlook,whoareurgentlyneded in thecivilengeingidustrymulti-sipliaryclaborativeducatinmodelunderthgdaneofeologicaladoliicalducationisimplemetedsedotaueidcatorsofult-sipliayollaboatieduatioerticallprogessedelo icalandpoliticalchainbysemesteradaorzontallyitercoectedoebyvalueindicatorsareconstructedProfesioaladide logicaleucationbectiveareorgacallitegratedintoteulti-sciparyolboratiefrmework,acieingiteatedde sign,hierarchicalimplementationandoiticadvancement.Ultimatelya"one-bod-two-wings”talentcultivationmodelis formed—withprofesionalcoursesembodyingthecorevaluesofideologicalandpoliticaleducationasthemaibodyndprofes sionaleducationandideologicaleducationasthetwowings.Teacherscombinetheimpartingofprofessionalknowledgewithvalue guidance,fostengsdents'abilittosolecomplexngeeigproblems,aningteirprofessioalskilsiovaioad trepreneurship capabilities, teamwork spirit,and engineering ethics awareness.
